What is Magic of Lights?

Magic of Lights is a festive holiday display of lights! This show is created with over 2 million sparkling lights. Guests will enjoy several dazzling lights and scenes that are sure to bring joy to the hearts of kids of all ages. This year, the event will take place at the Empire Polo Club in Coachella Valley!

Guests will continue to enjoy Magic of Lights’ classic holiday favorites including:

Winter Wonderland
The 12 Days of Christmas
Toyland
Festive Elves
Reindeer Road

This year, there will be new displays! New displays this year will include:

Three new Tunnel of Lights: The Blizzard Light Tunnel, the Snowflake Tunnel and the Candy Cane Light Tunnel.
A 32-foot-tall animated Mattel’s Waving Christmas Barbie®
Prehistoric Christmas featuring life sized dinosaurs
BIGFOOT® Monster Trucks

Fun fact: Each Magic of Lights show uses about 10 miles of steel to build the displays, and 10 miles of LED lighting installed inside the displays. There are 10 different colors of LED bulbs used in the shows.

Is this a drive-through or walk-through?

The Magic of Lights in Coachella Valley is a drive-through event. The cost to enter is an affordable, one price per carload family-friendly starting at $15.

I personally prefer drive through events. You can stay in the warmth of your car and sip some hot chocolate, and go along at your own pace.
